Here at Highball Climbing we have technical ability from engineering and architectural backgrounds, combined with years of climbing experience and extensive training knowledge. Our walls are designed to offer our clients the experience that they are looking for, whilst giving high levels of durability, performance and safety.
We use our imagination and climbing experience to create unique walls and enjoyable climbing, not to mention incorporating the ideal materials and rigorous design practices to ensure quality.
Our walls are designed to cater for any style of climbing, with a range of features and finishes: Overhangs from mild to wild, roof sections, slabs, aretes, even hand and finger cracks!
How it works, typically:
- Once the client has been in touch, we like to see the area where they wish to have a wall, do a quick survey, and have a chat about their ideas, and suggest a few of our own. We aim to use this time to develop a concept for the wall which both satisfies the clients needs and has great climbing potential!
- We then go on to use the survey information and concept to create a more detailed design, taking into account the clients preferences and budget. From this we also get accurate costing and build time information.
- Once the client is happy with the proposal and ready to proceed, the materials are ordered and construction commences. We can then supply a range of excellent climbing holds and, if required, source crash mats, volumes, and even provide route setting!
